You get up. You show up. You hold everything together for everyone around you. From the outside whether you're in Short Hills or Summit, Ridgewood or Chatham  your life looks exactly the way it's supposed to look. But inside, there is a woman who is exhausted, disconnected, and quietly wondering if this is really all there is.

Maybe you've tried therapy before. Maybe you've read every book, listened to every podcast, done the journaling, taken the courses. And still. Something isn't shifting. Because what you've been doing is managing the symptoms. I go to the root.

I am Claudine. I am a licensed psychotherapist, a peaceful warrior, and someone who has walked through her own fire  and come out the other side. I rebuilt my life from the ground up. I know what it means to lose yourself completely. And I know what it takes to come home.

I work with women across New Jersey  in Bergen County, Essex County, Morris County, Monmouth County, Somerset County, and beyond  who are done with surface-level healing and ready for the real thing. Women who are high-achieving on the outside and quietly unraveling on the inside. Women who have never truly been seen  not even by themselves.

This is where the real work begins.

My Methodology:

I Don't Just Listen. I Help You See.

Most therapy teaches you to cope. My work teaches you to transform.

I have spent decades studying why smart, capable, deeply feeling women stay stuck. Not because they lack willpower. Not because they haven't tried. But because the patterns running their lives were written so early  in a language so old  that their conscious mind has never had access to them.

My work moves through three layers. Each one builds on the last. Together, they create change that isn't just felt in the therapy room it's felt in your body, your relationships, and the quiet way you move through your days.

We explore your origin story. We look at your earliest relationships not to blame your family, but to understand how you learned to survive. Perhaps you learned that 'needs' were weak, or that you had to be perfect to be loved. We gently untangle these old knots. We offer compassion to the younger version of you who had to put on armor just to get by and we let her know she is safe now.

1- We Tend to the Roots  —  Attachment & History

You cannot think your way out of trauma it lives in your tissues. If you feel constantly 'on,' anxious, or unable to relax even on vacation, your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. I help you reconnect with your body. We move beyond intellectualizing your feelings and learn how to actually feel them without being overwhelmed. We teach your body that the war is over, so you can finally exhale.

2- We Soothe the Nervous System  —  Somatic Healing

We bridge the gap between the woman the world sees and the woman you know yourself to be. We create a relationship with yourself that is so secure and so loving that you no longer need external validation to feel worthy. We invite all parts of you to the table — the messy, the soft, the uncertain — and we welcome them home.

3- We Reclaim Your Wholeness  —  Soul Integration

I have been where you are. After a near-fatal car accident in 2015 struck by a drugged driver and unable to walk for nine months I made a choice to stop surviving and start truly living. I left a 27-year career. I rebuilt my body, my life, my purpose from the ground up. That journey is in this room with us, every session.

The Journey to Working With Me

I don't take on every client, and I don't believe every therapist is right for every person. Being a good fit matters. Here is how we begin:

Step 1

We start with a free Connection Call. No pressure, no performance. Just a real conversation to see if we are a match. You will feel it.

Step 2

If we both feel the fit, we schedule your first full session. This is where we begin mapping your story — where you are, where you've been, and what is ready to shift.

Step 3

We work together consistently  weekly or biweekly — at a depth that builds over time. The patterns that took decades to form take time to transform. I am with you for the whole journey.

  • Psychotherapy is for Healing the Past. It is a nurturing, slower-paced process focused on looking back to understand why you are the way you are. It is the path for you if you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or deep emotional wounds. It is about restoring your foundation.
     

  • Coaching is for Building the Future. It is a dynamic, forward-focused partnership. It is the path for you if you feel emotionally stable but "stuck" in specific patterns and want a strategic roadmap to evolve toward your goals. It is about optimizing your potential.
