It's just background noise. A constant hum of not-quite-enough.

Body image issues and disordered eating patterns are almost never really about the body. They are about control in a life that feels out of control. About punishment and worthiness and the ancient belief that you have to earn your right to take up space.

I don't offer body positivity platitudes. I offer something harder and more real: a path toward body neutrality the radical, quiet liberation of a body that is neither your enemy nor your project. We go to the roots of where you learned that your worth was tied to your appearance, and we begin, carefully, to separate those two things.
